We use fixed shipping costs and within Sweden use Post Nord, rest of the world DHL.

Important information

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. If customer should fail to collect delivery during the set period of time, we will charge a € 25 handling and delivery fee.

Credit card security

Nokiimo.com clients are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security as all transactions are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do recommend our clients to apply for e-commerce security pin codes provided by SSL-3D Secure, Secure Code by MasterCard.

Taxes and duties

All orders are shipped on a DUD (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed including Swedish VAT where it is applicable and exclusive of all other taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.

Free shipping

Nokiimo.com offers free standard delivery on orders above € 150. Please note that free shipping automatically will be applied to your order at checkout.

Unclaimed packages

For packages that have not been collected, a fee of 270 SEK is charged within Europe and 349 SEK outside of Europe. The fee corresponds to the costs it caused us to send out the package, as well as the cost of receiving it in return. If you have regretted when the package has already been sent from us, you will need to pick up the package at your delivery point and then send it back.
