Nokiimo.com guarantees all products we manufacture and sell to be free from defects of workmanship and non-natural scratches.
According to the distance purchase law, you always have 14 days to return. For an approved return, you must submit your parcel to the post within 14 days after you have collected your parcel.
Before returning any order, please make sure to contact us to acquire a return authorization code. The item(s) must be returned in original packaging with all labels accompanied by the return form that you are provided by us via e-mail.
The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. The original box in its original condition must accompany Item(s). The original box cannot be used as packaging material; it must be placed in another bag or box. Item should be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
We prefer that items be returned through DHL to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at Nokiimo.com
No refunds are available for sale items – only exchanges.
If you want to make a return, follow these steps:
- Describe the reason for your return in e-mail to [email protected] and request a Return Authorization Code.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
- Print out the return form provided by us.
- Fill out the returns form and include it in the box.
- Close the box and tape it securely.
- Label the box with the address you purchased at your request.
Note on shipping fees
Shipping fees are not refundable. The product price will be refunded to your credit card within 6-15 working days of the reception of the item at the Nokiimo.com warehouse.
Disputes arising from these conditions will be ruled on according to Swedish law. Nokiimo.com follows Swedish Consumer Agency recommendations.

You as a customer can exchange your goods by returning the item and placing a new order.
Cancel or change orders
If you want to change your order you must quickly contact us and notify us so we can see what we can do for your specific order. If your order has already been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. You can also not cancel an already placed backorder. But email us about your wish and we will try to help you!
If you have a complaint, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Attach clear pictures of the incorrect item and state your order number.
