By accepting the Terms at the same time as you place your order, a binding agreement between NoKiimo and you as a customer arises. When you place your order, you also accept that you will be liable for payment corresponding to the total amount of the order. When an order is received, an order confirmation is automatically sent to your registered e-mail address. You will receive a preliminary confirmation in step one. Once your package is packed and ready to be delivered, you will then receive your final order confirmation in step two. This order confirmation also serves as proof of guarantee after full payment.
It is your responsibility to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Once a custom-made garment has been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied.
